1: Lead Facilities Engineer
-Accountable for factory production operations in accordance to product quality standards. Ensures efficient reliability of facilities and equipment to meet company goals.
-A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the sandwich and wall panel
industry or similar
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
2. Sales and Marketing Representative
- At least 3-5 years' experience in marketing and selling construction materials, with a focus on sandwich panels or similar building materials
-Degree in Marketing or equivalent
3. Accountant/Inventory Specialist
-Minimum 3-5 years' experience in accounting, financial reporting, and inventory management within a factory or similar facilities
-Degree in Accounting or related field
4. Government Liaison/Driver
-3-7 years' experience in managing factory and employee documentation with government agencies and banks
-Responsible for handling necessary factory purchases
5. Administrative Secretary
-Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in administrative roles or equivalent degree -Proficient in English, both written and spoken with literacy in IT software & tools
6. Security Guard
-Experience in maintaining the safety and security of factory assets with knowledge in emergency responses
