Language: Should be Fluent in English. (Arabic, Hindi will be an added advantage) Experience: 3-6 Years Knowledge in managing various front office activities. Good computer knowledge (ERP experience especially in HR system.) .
Answer and forward incoming calls and emails to the concerned department.
Letter drafting to Clients or for Authorities. Update Tasks and Schedule meetings.
