Job Description:

  • Minimum of 5 years of post - qualification experience, including at least year of experience with Oracle ERP PMS ( Performance Management System) application with the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of one years of experience in handling the performance appraisal process, including individual objective setting, quarterly feedback, and conducting self, upward and downward evaluations.
  • Strong command of verbal and written English ( command of Arabic is an advantage).

2. Senior Project Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Provide consistent documentation and communication support to the Executive Director of Preventive Health.
  • Coordinate departmental support for Health Protection, Wellness Programs, Screening Programs, and Oral Health Promotion and Prevention.
  • Maintain efficient operational processes in line with Client’s focus on operational excellence.
  • Assist staff with administrative processes and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
  • Facilitate and monitor departmental projects, conduct research, and compile data for reports and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and related documents to comply with statutory requirements and submit them to the Directorate.
  • Assist in budget preparation for the Preventative Health Directorate.

Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Job Description:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the private or corporate legal practice.

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, RFPs, TORs, leases and other legal documents as required in order to protect the interests of PHCC and prevent disputes and potential liability/losses.
  • Prepare contracts and other legal documents and assemble them for signature; Prepare and review templates; Maintain contracts records and safeguards them; Draft legal letters, memorandums and other correspondences for internal and external legal affairs matters.
