Qualifications
- Required Skills and Experience:
- High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience)
- Clearance Required: Secret
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 years’ experience in: design, maintenance, and operation of small to medium networks; administrating corporate or business' user accounts managing mail servers, printer servers, web servers, and/or firewalls; reviewing and recommending software applications as well as identifying hardware salient characteristics and any add on devices; systems management, monitoring and sustainment; hardware repair for servers, PCs, peripheral equipment; software installation, maintenance and sustainment
- Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting military networks, to include: Microsoft Enterprise Server 2008/2012 or later version; Microsoft Windows Operating Systems; Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 (or later version) and other mail applications (local and remote); Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 or later version; Network server backup; DHCP, DNS, WINS, and domain controllers
2. Project Control Specialist
Qualifications
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Experience working in direct support of the program/project manager relating to management and administrative information and activities, such as budgeting, manpower, and resource planning and reporting
- 5 years’ experience with: preparing and analyzing documents/tasks and developing complex project schedules for tracking resources and other management activities; and performing complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues, which would require a report and recommend solution; and developing work breakdown structures, charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems and trend analysis
3. Communications & Project Planning
Qualifications
- High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience)
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Required Skills and Experience:
- PMP or similar work experience
- Senior level experience in: technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, analytical/logical thinking, installation of communications systems or equipment; coordinating the work of several different activities/agencies in project completion; production timelines, coordinating project support agreements, and reviewing engineering design documents; AND
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Lead-level experience in support of COMSEC keying material and systems
- Manage system databases
- Compilation of systems reports and overall system performance
- Manage a DoD classified COMSEC account in accordance with National Security Agency (NSA) and specified service regulations
- Manage and supervise communications support personnel; COMSEC (KMI and EKMS) standards; generation and distribution of electronic keys from national and service level sources to the end-item communications security component (end cryptographic unit - ECU)
