1. Construction Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar managerial role in the construction industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- UPDA Certificate.
2. Business Development Officer
Qualifications:
