Perfume Store Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to lead our team in a luxury perfume retail store in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for fragrances, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Ensure all staff adhere to store policies and grooming standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in perfumes or cosmetics.
