Lead System Engineer
As a System Integration and Validation Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure that complex defense systems, components, and software are integrated seamlessly and rigorously tested to meet performance, functionality, and security requirements. Your work plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of defense systems.
? Support the execution of Solution Architecture and Systems Development strategic plan to develop state-of-the- art system for clients’ specific requirements
? Seamless interface and integration of technology development activities with other departments to ensure synergy in product development at a quality of highest standard
? Embrace a culture of continuous improvement with approaches that leverage strategic cooperation and economies of scale for added value to products and services
? Contribute to driving enterprise long-term success by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with proximate stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project - i.e., technology partners, colleagues, etc.

Proficiency in test automation, scripting, and simulation tools. Work Experience:
? Experience in defence industry is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, systems engineering).
Strong understanding of defense system architectures and technologies.
Knowledge of system integration, testing methodologies, and validation processes.
8 years + of experience on systems engineering in:
the similar role
systems engineering standards, applications and life cycle processes
systems development, integration and testing
large-scale software oriented engineering projects
on System/Sub-system design, architecture, development, integration and validation
10 years + hands-on experiences on:
Specialised military solutions, applications, doctrines, CONOPS, command and control systems and
deployment requirements
Unmanned defence systems
Development of military products, solutions and systems
Unmanned Autonomous vehicles is a plus
Sub-system integration
Systems verification and validation
Knowledge of systems engineering software tools, i.e., Jira, etc.
Radio network topologies and digital communications – design, implementation, and procurement
Autonomous systems
Military sensors
Network communications (TCP/IP, ethernet protocol, and local area networks)
Spoken & written English language for technical writing
Spoken and written Arabic language is a plus
