Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and conversion rates.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications: Proven track record in sales with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a competitive spirit. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
