 As a Pre-Sales Specialist at Forward Group, you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts by identifying potential clients, understanding their digital marketing needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to articulate the value of our services, build relationships, and help convert prospects into satisfied clients. Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, lead generation, and networking events.

Conduct in-depth research on prospects to understand their business goals, pain points, and digital marketing needs.

Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to build rapport and gather information.

Collaborate with the sales team to create customized digital marketing proposals and presentations that align with client objectives.

Present and demonstrate our digital marketing solutions to prospects, showcasing the value and benefits.

Respond to client inquiries and objections with confidence and professionalism, addressing concerns and providing solutions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

Assist in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales role within the digital marketing industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.

Adept at researching prospects and tailoring solutions to their needs.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
