1. HR Operations Officer

The HR Operations Officer is responsible to coordinate and support the development and delivery of effective HR programs as well as administrative functions in various personnel policies that affect people at work such as work conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, absence management and grievance procedures to ensure effective service and encourage harmonious industrial relations in the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate in the development, delivery and evaluation of HR programs and implementation of an annual corporate training plan and budget.
  • Develop and maintain training material to the highest standards for internal and external courses.
  • Provide information and assistance to all employees on human resources related issues.
  • Maintain human resource databases to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment-related information as required.
  • Coordinate and maintain the Human Resources personnel filing systems
  • Ensure to properly explain the policies of procedures of the Company to employees whenever issues arise.
  • Ensure that all transactions done on daily basis conforms to the approved forms and undergo to the right process.

  • Support the management of the Company's social media profiles, ensuring content is timely, relevant and engaging.

  • Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators and design teams for on-site collateral.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and communication team by compiling, formatting and reporting information and materials.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Maintain a well organized database of marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and to gather input for marketing materials.

3. Driver

The Driver undertakes all transportation tasks and duties safely, as assigned by the supervisor while ensuring that the vehicle is kept in good working condition.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and transfer regular staff from accommodation to workplace and back.
  • Transport service of company guests and visitors.
  • Perform airport pick up and transfer services to staff and company guests or visitors as may be assigned.
  • Deliver general office errands as may be assigned.
  • Perform routine general checkup of vehicle before using.
  • Maintain assigned vehicles making sure that it is working in good condition at all times.
  • Follow road traffic rules to avoid violation and ensure the safety of passengers.
  • Report to Management immediately regarding the issues of the vehicle to facilitate repair and save on maintenance costs.
