Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor: (Urgent Requirement)
We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team, specializing in Fit-out
Works and Events Structures. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including
reviewing tender documents, specifications, and drawings, obtaining price quotations, ensuring
compliance with BOQ and tender specifications, and taking off quantities for material procurement. You
will also play a pivotal role in preparing variations during project execution, evaluating monthly
statements, and generating various quantity surveying documents. Moreover, you will actively participate
in submitting tenders for comprehensive interior fit-out projects, coordinate with sub-consultants and
contractors, bid out construction works, and assist with procurement-related activities. If you have the
