We envisage success in this role to include;
- Translate written and audio content between English and Arabic, ensuring accurate meaning, tone, and context across a variety of subjects including legal, engineering, and media materials.
- Interpret spoken language in both simultaneous and consecutive formats during meetings, workshops, and events to facilitate real-time understanding.
- Collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, and colleagues to clarify terminology and ensure precise translations aligned with project context.
- Liaise with authors and content owners to confirm that translated materials accurately reflect the original content, intent, and emotional tone.
- Review, edit, and proofread translated documents to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to client expectations.
- Maintain and update glossaries, terminology databases, and translation memory tools to ensure consistency across projects.
- Use specialized translation software and computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Translate and adapt complex technical or domain-specific content while resolving language or conceptual conflicts as needed.
- Provide Arabic language support or training sessions to non-Arabic-speaking personnel within the organization.

2. Senior GIS Specialist
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Manage the integration of multidisciplinary spatial data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and interoperability across platforms.
- Design, maintain, and optimize enterprise geodatabases and geospatial data models to support project workflows and business needs.
- Design and manage 2D and 3D geodatabases to support spatial data storage, analysis, and visualization.
- Work with both raster and vector datasets, including processing, analysis, and integration into GIS workflows.
- Develop logical and physical data models (LDM and PDM), domains, and schema documentation tailored to project disciplines.
- Perform advanced spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and topology validation using ArcGIS Pro and other GIS tools.
- Perform data conversion, transformation, and cleaning to ensure spatial data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with project standards.
- Use AutoCAD / Civil 3D for GIS/CAD integration, including data cleaning, extraction, conversion, and alignment with geospatial standards.
- Collect, process, and manage spatial and non-spatial data from diverse sources including CAD, GPS, BIM, satellite imagery, and survey data.
- Work on the preparation and submission of GIS data packages, including quality checks, metadata creation, and format compliance.
- Validate spatial data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project standards and coordinate systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to organize, review, and finalize GIS deliverables.
- Review GIS outputs before formal submission to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GIS tools, data issues, and system integrations.
- Act as the primary liaison for GIS-related communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations specific to GIS deliverables.
- Develop and implement GIS standards, workflows, and policies, and support the creation of strategic plans and documentation aligned with GIS best practices.
- Coordinate and review GIS data submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements and deadlines.
- Creating and/or preparing, and maintaining critical geo-spatial databases for client projects, including the development of complex geo-fencing boundaries with direct implications to reliability and accuracy of client deliverables, geocode validation, spatial data placement, and dependent model variable data validation with client.
- Developing advanced specialized maps utilizing geographic and demographic information using programming, database, and graphic skills.
- Extracting demographic information from various databases for use in maps or reports.
- Performing quality assurance on all products or services being developed for projects and clients to ensure product is meeting specified requirements.
- Interfacing with studio colleagues and clients as the primary database support resource and provides support as needed to support the project.
- Supporting clients and internal resources in the roles of map development, geocoding, database development, database manipulation, and database design.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
3. Senior Quantity Surveyor
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Implementing commercial/contractual matters within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintaining proper and complete communication with the contractor and client’s site representatives on all project related issues.
- Ensuring the terms of the contract are followed and managing supplemental agreements.
- Implementing cost controls and financial control procedures as outlined in the construction contracts.
- Assessing and reporting upon client’s variations to the construction works and claims for changes from the contractors.
- Identifying performance issues that need to be brought to the attention of the commercial manager.
- Analyzing project variations and changes, prepare project reports, information for adjustments to project budget as necessary to assure a successful project for the client and the firm.
- Ability to measure works on site and from drawings including competence with electronic measurement systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret contract conditions.
- Ability to understand, identify and assess project risks.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of Standard Method of Measurement of construction works.
4. Commercial Manager
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Leading the commercial function within the consultant team on a mega project.
- Managing the end-to-end assessment process of interim payment certificates and final accounts.
- Evaluating and processing variation orders (VOs), contractual claims, and cost impacts.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations related to commercial matters.
- Providing strategic advice on commercial and contract risks.
- Managing commercial correspondence, negotiations, and resolution of disputes.
- Developing and maintaining robust reporting systems and dashboards for commercial performance.
- Leading and mentoring a team of quantity surveyors and commercial specialists.
- Liaising with the client, contractors, and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate commercial administration.
- Preparing commercial reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior stakeholders.
5. Quantity Surveyor

- Implementing cost controls, change management and financial control procedures as outlined in the construction contracts.
- Measuring and assessing client’s variations to the construction works and contractor’s claims for changes.
- Evaluating contractor’s monthly interim payment applications.
- Identifying areas of concern and assesses their potential impact upon the project budget.
6. Project Manager - Design Review
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Manage and lead the design review process across all design disciplines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, project stakeholders, and project teams.
- Focal point for all design review-related correspondence and meetings.
- Track and manage deliverables, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Conduct technical workshops, design coordination meetings, and interdisciplinary reviews to facilitate design integration and alignment.
- Review design drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, codes, and design intent.
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or risks in design submissions and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain the design review tracking system to monitor progress, manage deadlines, and report status updates.
