1. HR/Admin
The HR/Admin is responsible with both the human resources management and administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations and aiding in achieving organizational objectives. This position necessitates a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, organizational abilities, and efficient multitasking skills.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in HR
- Knowledgeable in Qatar Labor Law
- Can join immediately
- A strong personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Job Duties:
- Assist in overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Implement and uphold HR policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. IT System & Network Administrator
Qualifications & Skills:

- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, domain controllers.
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are a plus.
