Technical Admin:


- As a Technical Admin you will provide daily administrative support to the technical teams. You will be in charge of filing and compiling documents, updating trackers, sending reminders and preparing reports.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

· Administrative or Document Control experience in FM or Construction industry

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word

· Numerical and analytical skills

· Excellent communication skills written / spoken English

· Be capable of stablishing work priorities

· Experience to communicate professionally and courteously

Preferred:

· Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in any course

· Experience on Data Management

. Experience and knowledge on CMMS/CAFM software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Commercial Specialist/ (Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor)

The Commercial Specialist/Contract Administrator will be primarily responsible for managing all contracts being negotiated and entered into. The individual needs to be knowledgeable about the details and potential benefits of any contract, and must fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:

Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of commercial contracts covering a range of transactions.
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal.
Solve any contract-related problems that may arise.
To draft and negotiate commercial contracts within specified timelines.
Prepare, manage and coordinate the drafting of the specific commercial terms applicable to each service or project.
To review and amend contracts and supporting documentation within specified timelines.
Manage and control the contract signing process until all signatures have been obtained.
