Van Salesman - Commerce
Job Purpose
To improve the numeric and weighted distribution of each brand/SKUs in the trade through van sales, whereby orders and deliveries are generated and executed at the same time.
To deliver on targeted monthly brand wise volume / value and achieve budgeted receivables (DSO) objectives for their territory.

100% compliance to journey plans
Participate in all team-working and be always an effective team-player
To achieve set KPIs on Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms)
To secure our primary visibility in category (as above) and explore secondary visibility opportunities to have dominance
To ensure all-round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure
To manage trade-returns within agreed levels
To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownership for the liquidation of same, after diligently following FIFO, FEFO, FMFO.
To ensure all listing and distribution of NPIs (New Product Introduction) within 30 days in targeted outlets
To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them
To execute all promotional/activation etc. as per targeted norms/timelines
Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends
To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc.)
To rigorously follow all SOPs regarding van maintenance, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting, timings etc.
Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge
Higher secondary graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar category of products.
MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word)
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Knowledge in Arabic is an advantage
Valid Qatar driving license is a must.

Internal Auditor
Job Purpose
Responsible for performing day to day administrative, reviewing and monitoring tasks related to scope of Internal Audit Team. Support HOD in audit processes with proficient maintenance of data documents and related reports.
Perform all types of auditing tasks under the supervision of HOD
Key Dimensions and Related Job Results
Plan and Conduct Monthly Surprise Audit visit at Retail outlets across Qatar and Preparing and forwarding reports to Stores as well as Retail Operation.
Preparing monthly Internal Audit Report and submitting to HOD on a timely basis (Audit visit/ Monthly Retail Score Card and other related reports).
Follow up with the respective team to ensure the implementation of the recommendation.
Monitor system related tasks pending from Retail Stores, MIS Preparations, Reports, and its analysis.
Supervising Physical inventory counts for Retail outlets across Qatar.
Monitoring and posting Monthly Inventory count results in SAP
Participating process implementations and recommending necessary changes.
Attending and investigating the following.
Reporting of Embezzlement Activities (Internal).
Reporting of Embezzlement Activities (External).
Stock Disputes.
Supervising and controlling all other miscellaneous activities.
Coordinating with HR for DA copies of case summaries prepared and submitted.
Other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge
Master’s in commerce or CISA.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Knowledge in Arabic is an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skill, analytical & reporting skills.
5-6 years of experience in the relevant field is a must.

Job Purpose
Responsible for demonstrating the features of a product to an audience or client and shows how the product works, takes questions, and attempts to persuade consumers and clients.
Key Dimensions and Related Job Results
Demonstrate, distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. and provide information on promoted products.
To sell products being promoted and keep the records of sales.
Identify interest and understand customer needs and feedback and report the same to line manager.
Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
Record and report demonstration-related information such as the number of questions asked by the audience and the number of coupons distributed.
Operating Environment
Job location might change based on business requirement. Job holder may be relocated to any outlet or department.
