RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Building Management System (BMS) Operator will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the Building Management System to ensure optimal performance of all building systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Engineer/ Senior Civil or Architectural Engineer with finishing/ fit-out projects .

Good technical knowledge of fit-out & interior design works.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good Leadership, Contract Administration, Estimation, Procurement and Team Management skills.

Preferred bi-lingual candidate (English & Arabic)

Preference for locally available candidates with transferable residence permit.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and contractors in the construction industry.

Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of our product range.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to address customer needs and requirements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the construction chemicals industry

Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals and their applications

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed

Valid Qatar driving license
