1. Complaint Management Advisor

Job Description

  • Responsible for Trouble Ticket investigation, resolution, and follow-up on all the tickets raised for mobile complaints. (Consumer/Enterprise and Non-Technical Fixed)
  • Ensure that all the investigation and customer interactions relating to the customer complaints are followed and documented in the ticket
  • Responsible for Monetary/Non-monetary adjustments required as part of customer resolution and getting required approvals from other business stakeholders
  • Ensure to handle customer complaints with 100% quality and regular follow-ups
  • Coordinate with all the stakeholders and partners to maintain, develop and implement customer service policies and procedures for consumer and business customers
  • Highlight all the issues based on the daily trend which will potentially impact other customers and required urgent fix
  • Responsible for Escalation calls, offshore complaints management support, billing & payment complaints
  • Ensure to handle service request & complaints within the service level agreed with the customer 
  • Alignment with Frontline teams and sharing knowledge and information that maybe critical in handling and resolving customer complaints i.e., tickets that can be resolved without a ticket, proper steps to take to prevent an issue
  • From time to time be required to prepare reports summarizing complaint data for management review

2. E-Commerce Manager

E-Commerce Senior Manager is to lead the development and delivery of revenue generated from sales of devices, accessories, and Vodafone products through digital channels (website, and app). The incumbent will be the commercial owner of the e-commerce channel for Vodafone Qatar, who will ensure to execute e-commerce strategy and deliver e-commerce sales targets for Vodafone Qatar.
The manager on the role is to prepare sales forecast for devices, accessories, and services, and manage and arrange to drive traffic acquisition campaigns for e-commerce and monitor sales performance. The role is to lead customer experience, usability and UX of e-Commerce across all digital channels and will be the SPOC for revenue and profitability (P&L) for e-commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue and overachieve sales targets for ecommerce channels,
  • Manage product categories and services offered to customers through digital channels,
  • Monitor competition actions and prices, sales trends and make sure Vodafone offer is UpToDate and competitive,
  • Plan, run and manage digital offers, promotions and campaigns to meet given sales targets, 
  • Work closely and maintain relationship with main tech vendors like Apple, Samsung, Google to get their support in new products launches, promotions and campaigns,
  • Build long-lasting ecommerce partnerships to expand offer and customer reach, 
  • Coordinate with brand team the editorial plans on all social platforms and consistency of ecommerce communication across all digital channels (website, app etc.),
  • Coordinate work with UI/UX team & web developers to ensure best experience for customers using ecommerce channels,
  • Work closely with terminals and operations teams on forecasting to assure uninterrupted orders delivery to customers,
  • Provide analysis and reports on metrics such as daily/weekly/monthly sales by product, category, campaign, channel etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in business or relevant.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience across digital marketing, eCommerce
  • Commercial owner of the E-Commerce channel for Vodafone Qatar,
  • Execute e-Commerce strategy for Vodafone Qatar,
  • Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing,
  • Good understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy,
  • E-Commerce digital expertise
  • Sharp & strategic thinking with effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator at multiple levels 
  • Strong customer focus and target oriented
  • Learning and agile mindset

3. Telesales & Retention Advisor

Job Description

  • Skilled with Sales Techniques 
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints and escalations 
  • Disciplined & Target Oriented
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in a contact centre environment
  • Ability to use a CRM 
  • Arabic is a must
