Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our standalone restaurant in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong track record in restaurant operations, team management, and business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role with an immediate joining requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure excellence in service, quality, and efficiency.
Motivate, coach, and supervise team members across all departments to meet performance and customer service standards.
Oversee compliance with MOPH (Ministry of Public Health) SOPs, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and revenue-enhancing initiatives.
Drive operational improvements and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process enhancement.
Manage scheduling, inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain consistent restaurant operations.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and align with business objectives.
Support the company’s growth and expansion goals with proactive, strategic leadership.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–6 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager in Qatar, preferably in a standalone restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on operational mindset.
Deep knowledge of restaurant workflows, customer service, and local F&B regulations.
Familiarity with MOPH standard operating procedures and ability to enforce them effectively.
Proven experience in driving business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Valid Qatari driving license is preferred.
Must be currently residing in Qatar and available to join immediately.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
