Receptionist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:


- She will be the face of our organization.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional

manner.

- Answer and manage incoming calls, forwarding them to the

appropriate personnel.

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.

- Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees.

- Handle inquiries and requests from various stakeholders

effectively.

- always Maintain a well-groomed and presentable appearance.

Maintain and update organizations weekly calendar.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Keep an organized record of appointments and schedules.

- Maintain a good understanding of office protocols and

procedures.

- Assist with general office tasks, such as photocopying and

filing.

- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word,

Excel, and Outlook.


Qualifications:


- Minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist or in a

similar role (Required)

- Must be a Qatar Resident with a freelance/Family Visa

- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent Diploma in any field of

study (Required)

- Candidate should exhibit a well-groomed presence and an appealing look.

- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate with

individuals(Required)

- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Word,

Excel, and Outlook (Required)

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to handle a busy and dynamic office environment with

grace and efficiency.

- Punctuality and reliability.
