He is responsible for operating the cash register. The role may require communicating with the customer and assisting other restaurant staff as needed.
· Collects payments by cash or card from customers and makes change for cash transactions
· Operates credit card authorization systems
· Accurately record customer orders and online delivery orders on the POS system
· Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the shift
· Deliver outstanding customer service
