Sales and Marketing Executive – (Female)

Industry: Commercial / Residential Property Cleaning (Maids) and Maintenance Solutions
Our current position calls for a female business development executive with the following areas of experience and expertise as her key job responsibilities:
Build client relationship to maximize sales opportunities
Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts.
Identify and Maintain records of potential customers and register opportunities, customer details & sales visits.
Make sales calls to setup potential clients for meetings and showcase our services
Attend and perform outdoor sales presentation to companies and organizations to gain new customers
Meet and exceed the target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
Conduct and report a minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into business.
Coordinate and assist the online marketing team:
Create videos for the website and social media platforms.
Write, review, edit, and update content for the website and social media platforms
Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for industry-related topics
Attend community events and produce social media content (stories, posts, reels) to market our solutions more effectively on the digital platform
Negotiate with the accounts as per preset price guidelines.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Be open to new and growth-oriented job roles as the company expands into new business horizons.
Desired Skills and Talents:
Excellent marketing and sales skills ideally in the cleaning and maintenance industry. Strong command in giving presentations and building relationships with corporate clients and able to drive to customers to deliver sales presentations and close sales. Must have professional knowledge of administrative processes and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Overall the candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, high moral standards, success driven attitude and an attractive magnetic personality.
Following will be considered an advantage:
Qatari Driver’s License
Previously worked in an environment marketing property cleaning and maintenance solutions
Has own sponsorship setup with her current sponsor/employer to work based on Secondment (transfer to our company will only take effect after successfully completing the probation period and management’s approval to sponsor directly).
Compensation Package: 5,000 QR - Total Package ( 3,500 QR Basic Salary + 1,000 QR Transportation + 500 QR Communication allowance) plus commission based on monthly targets achieved.
Probation period: 180 Days
