3. ICSS Asset Management Engineer

Provide a wide array of Automation Asset Management services including full overview of Automation systems Operation, Maintenance, Performance, troubleshooting, Modification engineering as well as in charge of Automation System Project Execution oversight for Dolphin Upstream Automation Assets. 

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of providing wide array of Automation Asset Management services including full overview of Automation systems Operation, Maintenance, Performance, troubleshooting, Modification engineering as well as in charge of Automation System Project Execution oversight for Dolphin Energy Upstream Automation Assets.  Focal point to address all Automation issues as reported by Operation
  • Lead automation project execution in coordination with Production and operation planning to ensure safe delivery with no impact on plant operations. Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Participate in the commissioning and acceptance testing of newly installed systems. Test new release of systems and application software. Review automation technical design. Coordinate with the Operations division and vendors on related issues.
  • Ensure testing and debugging of automation systems before handover to operation and solve complex system user problems.  Ensure All Automation systems are up and running with no issues and all Maintenance, testing activities are met with no none-compliance.
  • Provide troubleshooting support to all Automation assets IIN raised and ensure timely delivery of investigation to address risk on Dolphin Facility Operation.  Identify needs for modifications that would address Automation Assets and raise necessary ESR to Automation Engineering for further technical studies and design change development.   
  • Manage all active or new required Automation Asset Operating Contracts to ensure quality delivery of necessary services to ensure Automation Assets Uptime to meet their required functions.
  • Support Manager Asset Management in efficient and cost-effective delivery of automation services, including development of relevant strategies, policies, procedures and ensure the implementation of cost-effective solutions (hardware, software, management tools and components) to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in OSR Review Meeting - presenting the outcome with final approvals and/or the status of Accept/Reject & Priority confirmations. If the OSR is rejected, state the reasons for the rejection and return with an OSRR.
  • Participate in studies aimed at improving current control systems or solving related problems. This includes but is not limited to analyzing users’ requirements, evaluating current systems, and proposing or implementing systems modifications/new designs to enhance functionality or meet new requirements.
  • Carry out comprehensive testing to support the financial and technical viability of new automation systems and provide recommendations as appropriate. Develop the specifications of automation systems associated with new projects.
  • Have full visibility of industry latest technological advancement to improve automation and digitalization with aim to improve efficiency and reduce cost for Dolphin use.  Work closely with automation vendors to solve all systems issues and review the proposed design and application by vendor to identify any improvements and enhancements.

4. Well Integrity Specialist

Manage and coordinate well integrity assurance during the well life cycle; ensures wells SECE assurance & its verification is performed as per WIMS, the well integrity testings are performed on schedule and e-WIMS is suitably updated; conduct the root cause analysis of the wells' mechanical problems identified during the well integrity reviews of the wells and recommend the possible solutions in terms of improvements in material selection process and assist in ensuring integrity of wells. Participate in well intervention operations at well site as and when required during annual reservoir well logging campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Well Integrity testing plan and records well integrity testing data in e-WIMS and SAP. Generate Well Integrity monthly and annual reports for all DEL operated wells.  Coordinates Well Integrity anomaly investigation plan, assists in developing investigation program and close out well integrity anomaly restoration of well barriers as appropriate
  • Ensure Wells SECE assurance and its verification is aligned with WIMS (Well Integrity Management System) and AI Department SECE Identification & Data Management procedures.
  • Monitor well parameters regularly and highlight anomalies to Manager Well Services, Senior Manager Onshore& Offshore Installation and Reservoir.
  • Check well designs based on deterministic, probabilistic, or other acceptable models. Recommend other measures to protect the casings from future corrosion and to ensure cathodic protection is optimal in cemented conductor casing strings.
  • Ensure required protective barriers are in place before commencing the each well integrity testing and well intervention operations.
  • Lead the efforts to find new technologies or best practices in the market to cure current well integrity issues faced and arrange for the trials of these solutions in collaboration with management and all related key stakeholders
  • Participate and supervises in field well intervention operations during reservoir well logging operations approximately 3 months in a year.
  • Act as a custodian of e-WIMS. Ensure that the well histories are updated after each integrity test and ensure data is effectively entered in e-WIMS and the master data is regularly updated, validated, and correctly entered.
  • Provide technical support to the Well Services unit and other Offshore Operations personnel and ensure that the test procedures are stringently and accurately followed.
  • Key member in selection of candidate wells for corrosion logging. Participate in corrosion logging, summarizes corrosion log finding and maintain records.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of well integrity and corrosion related policies, guidelines, procedures, and standards.

5. Fresh University Graduate (Nationals Only)

To ensure coordination and provision of full range of contracts management for Administration Department including contract establishment/management, SAP/Ariba Support, annual budgeting/forecasting, Direct Procurement, supervising GS/Contractor team (basic manpower, refreshment & janitorial), enhance business process, implement policies & procedures and support Admin Management to ensure smooth flow of activities related to General Services /Administration Support and Services. Support to ensure smooth flow of activities related to General Services/Administration Section in Doha.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Administration Support activities. Assist in day-to-day administrative works and supervising by coordinating and planning essential central services such as Direct Procurement activities, cleaning, refreshment / pantry services, basic manpower support, office move, SAP/Ariba activities, supplies, reports, amendment of policies and procedures and forecast/budget preparation etc.
  • Supervise Contractors and their dedicated team and its services, ensuring that, all related hygiene and safety services are dealt with in prompt and efficient manner. Monitor’s performance of Contractors to ensure satisfactory services and compliances with agreed terms
  • As a Focal point, Liaise with Sections, prepare and submit annual budget and forecast of upstream supplies and services for all locations pertaining to GS, Doha Office Cost, FM, Housing and SS for BRC review and approval.
  • Initiate, develop and update Administration Servies and Support policies and procedure as and when required including make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures.  Liaise with C&P team, participate in development of Policies and Procedures for the Department and review/amend existing policies and procedure for sections and its activities as and when required.
  • Responsible to handle large contracts for Admin’s locations including initiation and preparation of tender documents from the tendering till awarding the contracts by selecting/recommending best quality service providers on time which includes but not limited to the preparation of scope of work, variation, cost estimation,  UBEM/UBER, PBEM and recommendation memos to the Management along with processing/conducting pre-qualification process and technical evaluation process and clarification requests.
  • Support selection and ensure mobilization of contractor personnel during the contract establishment and contract period.
  • Initiate liaising with Admin Contractors and implement appropriate precautionary measures in their services at DEL premises during any emergency.
  • Supervise maintenance work performed by GS areas, inspects the location as necessary and approve standard and cost of the repair to be undertaken.
  • Communicate, liaise, and coordinate closely with P&C to establish/award office supplies and services contracts for Administration Department including preparation of tender documents, evaluation results, and award recommendations if any.
  • Reconcile and prepare various kinds of reports which include cost optimization, performance progress, carbon food print study, weekly/monthly reports and audit/HSES KPIs etc.
  • Review and ensure to implement SLA for internal and external services.
  • Handling Company Stamp and distribution as per the Company policy.
  • Coordination and Support to DEL Internal Audit team for their smooth completion of auditing exercise in Admin Upstream to improve the services.
  • Handling Direct procurement activities in SAP/Ariba and establishing low value purchase orders for Admin locations including PO, WSO, SES, GRN in SAP/Ariba and coordinate with Finance in solving GS and Financial issues.  Follow-up for the approval of Purchase Requisition/direct procurement purchase orders with suppliers/P&C and forward the status to the concerned.
  • Maintain Admin’s annual Procurement Plan and ensure cost effective management of service contracts by selecting and recommending best quality service contractors and overseeing the work carried out by assigned staff to monitor their performance.
  • Support Head of Administration Services and Support to handle business travel and its transaction for both locations Doha and RLC including establishment of corporate discounted deals and special promotions to the staff
  • Support Projects, Offshore and PR Team for their logistics needs and work closely with other Department teams to ensure excellent facilities are provided and maintained.
  • Coordinate with HSES team, conduct safety audit at the Contractor’s accommodation and vendors premises as and when required. Conduct toolbox meeting with the Contractor and its personnel on regular basis
  • Prepare Department’s Business Plan, KPI’s, Objectives, Achievements, Presentations/proposals, Case Studies and other related reports and schedules
  • Update, maintain and distribute Admin’s contract status
  • Participates in regular Dept’s meetings to keep abreast with all issues relating to the Administration Services and Support activities  and discusses /reviews opportunities for the optimization of assigned job.
