1. Assistant HR Manager (Locally Available in Qatar)
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 15-18 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-4 years in an Assistant HR Manager role, preferably within the MEP, construction, or facility management sectors.
- Proven experience in managing insurance portfolios and handling ISO Audits.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle EBS HR Management System.
- Locally available in Qatar with valid NOC and Qatar Driving License.
2. MEP Estimator
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related MEP discipline.
- 8–10 years of MEP estimation experience in Qatar or the GCC, preferably with a reputable MEP contractor.
- Strong knowledge of local MEP construction practices, market rates, and suppliers.
- Locally available in Qatar with NOC and must be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
3. Business Development Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
- 8–10 years of experience in business development in the MEP/FM/Trading/Testing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GCC construction and FM markets is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license.
4. Fire Alarm Technician
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
- Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
- Communication: Ability to explain system operation to customers.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to handle tools, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics
- Certifications: State certification in Fire Alarm & Detection Equipment may be required
5. Fire Alarm Engineer - Electrical (QCDD)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Fire & Safety Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years in fire alarm system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD) certified engineer
- Expertise in Honeywell, Siemens, Notifier, Bosch, Simplex, EST or similar fire alarm systems.
- Familiarity with BMS, HVAC, and suppression system integrations.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining both addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
