1. Helpers
Job Description:
- Wanted urgently helpers with cable laying experience
- Immediate joining with noc required
- Salary ranges 1300 QAR plus overtime
- Accomadation and Transportation by company
- Candidates with MEP maintenance experience prefered
- Candidates with good experience in electrical background required
- Education : ITI / Diploma in Electrical
2. OSP/FTTH Helper
Job Description:
- Assist in fiber optic cable pulling.
- Support splicing teams by preparing materials and handling tools and equipment.
- Open and close manholes and handholes under supervision.
- Load and unload materials at work sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the site.
- Follow directions from supervisors and skilled technicians.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Support the setup and removal of traffic diversion and barricades when required.
- Help in the restoration of areas post-installation work (pavement/landscaping).
- Perform other general labor tasks as required by the project team.
3. Mechanical Supervisor (MEP)
Job Description:
- Wanted Urgently MEP Mechanical Supervisor
- Minimum 5 years MEP Mechanical experience mandatory

5. Site Supervisor – Cable Laying (OSP/FTTH Projects)
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities related to fiber optic cable laying, including trenching, duct installation, backfilling, and cable pulling.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Manage and guide field teams, helpers, and subcontractors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Monitor site safety and ensure full compliance with company and legal HSE policies.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure material availability and resolve site issues.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare daily progress reports, and escalate any delays or issues to the Project Engineer.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of fiber optic cables to avoid damage and signal loss.
- Communicate with client representatives, consultants, and inspectors during site visits or audits.
- Verify the quality of work and ensure it meets Ooredoo, QNBN, or Vodafone standards (as applicable).
- Manage reinstatement and site restoration works post-cable installation.
- Maintain all project documentation including permits, drawings, and work inspection records.
