As a Graduate Digital Delivery, you will support our multi-disciplinary teams in integrating Building Information Modelling (BIM) into the design and delivery of major projects across the region. You’ll work with a team of digital specialists, engineers, and architects using innovative platforms like Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM360 to drive efficiency, collaboration, and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of BIM models across disciplines.
- Support the development of 3D and 4D models for design, planning, and construction stages.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure models comply with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to digital innovation initiatives.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for data integration, automation, and visualization.
2. Senior Architect - Fit Out
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect specializing in a Fit Out project to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our architectural firm, you will lead and oversee fit-out projects for commercial and residential spaces, ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and adhere to local regulations.
Job Description
- Lead the design and execution of fit-out projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop innovative and functional design solutions
- Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction to ensure design integrity
- Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and specifications to clients and stakeholders
- Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
- Develop and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
- Contribute to business development efforts and participate in client pitches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Professional architecture license
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on fit-out projects
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex fit-out projects
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Qatar
- Expertise in interior design, space planning, and sustainable design practices
- Experience leading and mentoring design teams
- LEED certification is preferred
- Familiarity with local construction practices and materials in Qatar
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
