The Marketing Associate – Business Deals will support the marketing and business development teams in identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships and business deals. The role combines marketing skills with business acumen to foster collaborations that drive growth, brand awareness, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze competitors and identify potential partners for joint ventures, sponsorships, or other business deals.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the marketing and business development teams.
- Business Deal Support:
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations for potential partners.
- Support the negotiation process by providing marketing materials, pricing models, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Marketing Campaigns & Partnership Strategies:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that support new business deals and partnerships.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing events related to new business collaborations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of business partnerships and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients
- Act as a point of contact for partners, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the execution of business deals.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Track key performance metrics for all business deals and partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of deals, market trends, and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deals, contracts, and communications with partners.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: more than 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Age: 30-35 years old, Male only.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Experience with contract negotiations is a plus.
