The Senior Organizational Design Specialist leads and oversees the development and implementation of organizational design strategies and initiatives within an organization. They are responsible for analyzing current organizational structures, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Additionally, Senior Organizational Design Specialists play a key role in designing and recommending changes to organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to enhance efficiency, agility, and effectiveness. They also collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align organizational design efforts with strategic objectives and business priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
