1. Customer Service Representative

The CSR is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers to take orders, respond to inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information related to products and services.

Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

  • Customer Service Representatives to provide superior customer services to all customers calling the call center.
  • Guide customers on available product and services, packages, value added services
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Agent to follow-up and check complaint status with the concerned department by emails.
  • Communicate in a helpful and friendly manner with every customer over the telephone
  • Log in customer queries and resolve customer complaints in frontline itself or escalate to concerned dept.

The role involves designing visual identities, social media content, event materials, advertising assets, and interactive designs while ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print media.

Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

  • Design & Production of Visual Materials
  • Develop visual identities for major projects and events, including logos, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
  • Create engaging social media content (static and animated), infographics, and marketing materials.
  • Design presentations, flyers, brochures, and promotional assets for campaigns.
  • Produce interactive designs such as filters for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale ISP & MPLS routers migrations across the network.
  • Conduct impact assessments and develop migration methodologies that minimize downtime and risk.
  • Serve as a technical authority during maintenance windows and lead troubleshooting during complex cutovers.
  • Collaborate with vendors, planning, architecture, and NOC teams to coordinate migrations and platform cutovers
  • Execute configuration migration, interface mapping, and service validation across L2/L3 VPN services.
  • Support and maintain documentation, including inventory updates, MOPs, and topology diagrams.
