1. Customer Sector Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the user experience by studying customer needs and practicing the best work methods, collect their comments and opinions, and knowing how these needs can be met and what products or services are required.
  • Review and develop work standards and procedures.
  • Write business rules and ensure their applicability to software and business programs.
  • Work on continuous development of employees’ competencies and skills.
  • Manage groups of employees working in different branches and departments in the company.
  • Understand and apply work rules and instructions issued by government/official authorities.
  • Follow up on periodic reports (daily, monthly).

2. Systems Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Monitoring and Maintenance
  • Monitor real-time trading systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee system performance and take action on alerts or anomalies.
  • Manage incident response and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Incident & Problem Management
  • Lead resolution efforts for outages or system failures.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation and post-incident reviews.
  • Change Management
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Ensure minimal disruption during deployment and maintenance windows.

The Senior System Analyst will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of mission-critical trading and brokerage systems. This role ensures seamless integration with market data providers, order management systems (OMS), and regulatory platforms, while maintaining high availability, security, and performance standards crucial to capital market operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of trading platforms, back-office systems, and market integration tools used in equities, fixed income, and derivatives trading.
  • Collaborate with traders, business analyst, risk managers, compliance officers, and developers to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design system workflows for trade lifecycle events: order placement, execution, settlement, and reporting.
  • Ensure integration with stock exchange APIs, market data feeds.
  • Work closely with compliance to ensure systems adhere to capital markets regulations.
  • Analyse and optimize trading system performance (low latency, failover recovery, data synchronization).
  • Develop and maintain System Requirement Specifications (SRS), interface definitions, and data mapping documents.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new functionalities, including regression and performance testing.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to best practice frameworks.
  • Investigate production issues related to trade processing and lead root cause analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in system analysis or IT business analysis, preferably in the financial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of order management systems (OMS), execution management systems (EMS), and post-trade processing.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, and secure system architecture.
  • Proficiency in modelling techniques: UML, ERD, BPMN, and use of tools such as Visio, Enterprise Architect.
  • Experience in working with Oracle databases, message queues, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with tools like Visio, Jira
