1. Guest Service Agent

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of industry experience, including at least 10 years in the GCC
  • Certified Procurement Specialist / Chartered Procurement Professional
  • Engineering degree or Chartered QS (MRICS)
  • Proven Contract Management and Cost Management expertise
  • Direct experience with top 5 main contracting firms
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement operations, practices, and regulations across Qatar, KSA, and UAE
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and structuring procurement teams, managing multiple projects and vendors across mega construction projects
  • Proficiency in using modern procurement dashboards, tools, and reporting systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Available to start immediately

2. Senior Architect

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on detailed drawing development, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural coordination.
  • Exceptional technical and detailing skills, with a primary focus on producing high-quality, precise drawings.
  • Proficiency in CAD is essential, and experience with Revit is highly desirable.
  • Available to start immediately.

3. HR Officer (Recruitment & CompenBen)

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years focused on recruitment and 2 years in compensation & benefits.
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or other) are a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience running full recruitment cycle (workforce planning to onboarding).
  • Proven ability to design salary structures, benchmark compensation, and manage employee benefits.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

4. Marketing Lead

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in real estate, construction, architecture, or design industries.
  • Familiarity with real estate sales processes, lead generation strategies, and client engagement tactics.
  • Experience in public relations, corporate communications, or investor relations is a plus.
  • Available to start immediately.

5. Cluster Contracts & Procurement Manager

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of industry experience, including at least 10 years in the GCC

  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must be currently based in Qatar and willing to transfer sponsorship.
