1. Arabic Secretary (Plastic Surgery Department)
We are urgently seeking a well-experienced Arabic-speaking Secretary with prior experience working in a medical center, preferably in the Plastic Surgery Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with patients and handle inquiries.
- Coordinate and follow up on patient visits and appointments.
- Manage important administrative matters as assigned.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure all tasks are well-organized and completed in a timely manner.
- Directly report to the Plastic Surgeon.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a secretary in a medical center (plastic surgery experience is a strong advantage).
- Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
