1. Oracle Fusion EAM Consultant / Functional Lead
This role will implement, support and optimize the Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) module, ensuring alignment with MATAR’s asset lifecycle strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead/support Oracle Fusion EAM implementation (Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, Asset Tracking, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Configure Oracle Fusion EAM for business alignment and compliance
- Develop integrations, reports, and dashboards
- Manage data migration and master data
- Provide user training and documentation
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases
- Identify process improvements and support business KPIs
2. Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager to contribute to its risk and compliance management efforts and drive positive change. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring operational integrity.
Key responsibilities:
- Project management professional with strong experience related to risk and compliance management, attention to detail and ability to drive change.
- Experienced in monitoring and assessing of systems / processes to ensure they comply with corporate and regulatory policies and requirements.
- Experienced in Auditing business processes/operations and reporting infractions, analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with company’s standards, industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Ability to identify risks and guide teams to help put in place suitable mitigation strategies.
- Good experience and expertise in data analysis, reporting and visualization tools including dashboard development and publishing using tools ( like PowerBI ) and ability to identify opportunities for improvement/optimization.
- Establish accurate and self-service reports and dashboards with Power BI – including projects and products status throughout their lifecycle and overall departmental OKRs status - ability to automate self-service reports connecting Power Bi with other systems data sources (such as Azure DevOps)
- Experience in Change Management – Internal process, digitalization and automation. Managing large number of stakeholders and complex automations (including queries and systems integration).
- Coordinate projects and their interdependencies by focusing on and applying Agile framework and value prioritization principles.
- Define and maintain detailed project management documentation including project plans, Gantt charts, Risk Register, design and project briefs, performance and change requests, resourcing updates, specification and performance against budget to ensure that all projects are on track and in budget.
- Demonstrates ability to influence and manage stakeholders, effectively guiding teams and fostering strong relationships across key stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.
- Strong Communication Skills verbal and written
- Desirable project management related certifications (for example PMP, ACP, PgMP, Scrum Certified etc)
3. Compliance Manager
A global financial institution offering a broad range of services, including investment, corporate, and private banking, as well as asset management. The organization is currently seeking a Compliance Manager to develop, support, implement, and manage all aspects of its compliance and regulatory strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, support, implement, and manage the compliance and regulatory strategy.
