Required jobs in Darwish Interserve company and their details:
1. Maintenance Carpenter
Job Description:
- Perform general finish and cabinet work in the alteration, repair, and maintenance of floors, roofs, walls, stairways, doors, windows and other structures
- Operate power saws, planers, jointers, hand tools, and other required machinery and equipment Sand surfaces and clean, sharpen, and repair hand and bench tools
- Perform window, door, and minor roof repairs
- Dismantle and /or construct interior building partitions (wooden).
- Fabricate, assemble, and re-fixing all furniture items such as tables, office desks, chairs, cabinets, stage..etc
- Prepare and install the necessary formwork for concreting.
- Perform finish carpentry work, i.e., mouldings, trim work, cabinets, etc. Install drop ceilings when necessary
- Adhere to safety procedures when performing assigned responsibilities Maintain confidentiality of information at all times
- Perform other job duties as necessary

4. Steel Technician/ Gas Welder
Job Description:
- Perform manual fabrication of steel items.
- Perform variety of assembly-based tasks such as fabrication of lockers, mail boxes or any other steel items using hand tools and general machinery.
- Perform all steel welding works using all welding methods and perform all steel gas cutting.
- Education & Experience:
- Steel fabrication certificate and welding certificate in a recognized technical college (Minimum 6 months course) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
5. Chiller technician
Job Description:
- Install, maintain, and repair chillers and other refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
- Inspect and test components to ensure they are working properly
- Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and resolve issues with air flow, refrigerant levels, and other system components
- Replace malfunctioning components
- Calibrate and adjust components to ensure optimal system performance
