1. Project Manager (Landscape)
Job Description:
- Lead full-cycle landscape projects—from scope definition, planning, cost estimating and BOQ preparation to procurement, installation, and final client handover—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet aesthetic and functional specifications.
- Manage and mentor horticulture and installation teams, subcontractors, site supervisors, and laborers; ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Use horticulture and design software (e.g. AutoCAD, irrigation design tools), and project management platforms (MS Project, Primavera) to develop schedules, control costs, and allocate resources appropriately
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Certifications such as PMP, CLP, CLD, LEED, or equivalent are desirable
- GCC or Qatar driving license/QID is a plus
2. Senior Elevator Sales Engineer
Job Description:
- Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility
- Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of the PIEC team
- Document and maintain the customer and contact information in PIEC CRM System.
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales target/ budget in line with pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base
- Accountable for finding customer needs and proposing solution matching with those needs
- Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering/pricing tools
- Validate that the contents of the contract and the order received from the customer are in line with the final offer and negotiation process outcome
- Maintain full information of tenders, opportunities, tasks and visits, while keeping PIEC CRM up to date
- Generates opportunities from outside current customer base
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM

- Estimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions and actively following up

- Elevator Design:
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop customized elevator solutions based on client specifications.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed design drawings and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations in all design proposals.
3. Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Description:
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.)
