1. HVAC Technician
Job Description:
- Knowledge in installation, maintenance & trouble shooting of Split AC, package unit
- Performs routine maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance tasks performed and writing reports if required.
- Report non-conformities and breakdown of HVAC equipment/systems and Instrument and control systems to Supervisor.
- Able to do brazing to fix refrigerant leak.
- Immediately available candidates is preferred
- With at least 3 years of experience in HVAC
- Transferrable QID is a must
- Overtime pay, Accommodation, Transportation & Food will be provided by company
- Immediately available to join is required
2. Technician - Generator
Job Description:
- Perform scheduled maintenance on electric power generation equipment (diesel engines)
- Change filters, oil and perform standard service on units
- Diagnose and repair any issues found during inspection
- Performs routine preventative maintenance, oil and filter changes and inspections of generator
- Troubleshooting problems that occur with generators, including overheating or low oil levels that can damage internal components
- Replacing worn or damaged parts, such as alternators, starters, and fuel systems, as needed
- Installing / Replacing new generators, including the electrical and fuel systems, and ensuring they are properly connected and calibrated
- Holding Qatar Manual Driving License
- Immediately available candidates is preferred
- With at least 2 years of experience in Generator
- With strong knowledge in Facility Maintenance
- Transferrable QID is a must
- Accommodation, Transportation & Food will be provided by company
3. Electrician
Job Description:
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized tools such as voltmeters, cable testers, thermal scanners, and ammeters
- Knowledgeable in UPS systems, rectifiers, fire alarm systems, BMS, and CCTV
- Familiar with Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and place orders for replacements as needed
- Accurately document all repairs and replacements in the maintenance log, including date, time, and details of the work performed
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in facility maintenance required
- Must have a transferable QID
- Company will provide overtime pay, accommodation, transportation, and food
