Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Proactively generate and follow up on leads daily via calls, online sources, expired listings, past clients, etc.

2. Sales Consultant - Showroom
Nabina is looking for a passionate Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The sales consultant’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. To be successful as a sales consultant you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales consultant should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
3. Supervisor - Site
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Schedules, assigns and plans the work of carpentry and performing a variety of carpentry projects.
- Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of carpentry expenditures, and procedures for equipment maintenance.
- Estimates material and labor.
- Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.
- Maintains time, payroll, and material records, and submits reports.
- Trains or informs employees of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations, work policies, construction codes, and the like.
- Ensures budgeting guidelines are met; prioritizes shop expenditures and assists in preparation of capital and operations budgets.
- Reviews plans and specifications for future buildings, and inspects new buildings to ensure quality work and code and specifications compliance.
4. Welder - MIG/TIG
Job description
- We are looking for a welder who have experience in TIG welding and finishing in stainless steel works, supervisory skill is an advantage. Min 4 years of experience required in the same field.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assembling, Welding, Finishing and Installing steel and stainless steel products, Site Supervision, Control Men and Materials delivered to site, Execute works based on shop drawings and approved details, ability to work under pressure.
