• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HSE Inspector, preferably in landscaping, infrastructure, or beautification projects.
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations, international standards, and best practices.
• Experience in conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Diploma or specialized training in Primavera Contract Management, or similar software.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, with at least 3 years using EDMS (preferably Primavera Contract Management).
• Extensive experience in document control throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to close-out, using integrated project services functions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with experience in managing electronic documentation systems.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience working in the Gulf region.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and handle large volumes of documentation in a structured and organized manner.
• Experience in producing detailed reports and tracking documents to ensure compliance and meeting deadlines.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or other relevant field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a techno-functional consultant for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process design, testing, and training.
• Exposure to at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM. Strong knowledge of HRMS systems, database management, & reporting tools.
• Experience in data analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on roads, lighting, and utilities and other related infrastructure works.
• MME registration is required.
• Knowledge of pre- and post-contract administration.
• Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex commercial and contractual matters.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility inspection for roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of utility construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Familiarity with water supply, sewerage, drainage, electrical, and telecommunications systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
