1. Terminal Duty Manager (Qatari)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qatari National for Terminal Duty Manager to join our team. As the Terminal Duty Manager, you will oversee the entire passenger terminal complex activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This is a 24/7 role that reports to the Senior Manager Terminal Operations, with a line to the HIA Operation Manager.

2. Customer Service Supervisor

- Manage a team of Senior Customer Service Agents with the responsibility of enforcing company policies and procedures, including disciplinary action, and promotes professional conducts, and diversity initiatives and investigates and responds to employee relations issues in a timely manner
- Coordinates daily activities of your team to ensure safe and effective operations
- Supervise and assist customers through airport processes and ensures a proactive response of agents towards customer service needs.
- Monitor the flow through the Terminal in compliance with agreed standards and procedures in order to support the airlines within their business.
- Ensure smooth passenger flows throughout the passenger terminal complex, including sufficient queue management.
- Monitor the flow customers with special needs (PRM or Deportees, etc..) and ensure that any help needed in terms of terminal facility guidance is given to ensure their journey safely

- Provide clear and constant feedback to the Duty Terminal Manager in the event of any disruption or facilities problem.
- Provide detailed on any defects that appear on a shift basis to ensure there are reported accurately to FRC
- Conduct briefings and debriefings with your team within your area of responsibility .
- Report any issue or event through the shift hierarchy in place for the daily shift
- Complete regular inspection of all passenger flows, customer service needs and terminal facility functionalities (i.e. seating areas, queueing, waiting areas, transfer l layouts, toilet, travellators, escalators and elevators) to ensure that the operations run efficiently.

3. Airfield Operations Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe operations at airside by conducting regular inspection and monitoring of the airside particularly the runway, taxiway, aprons and the service roads to ensure the following:
- Foreign Object Debris (FOD) is managed properly by monitoring, supporting FOD campaigns, initiating removal of FOD when necessary and promoting FOD prevention
- No birds or other wildlife hazard are present (bird and wildlife presence is monitored and controlled)
- Paint markings and signs are visible and correct
- Airfield lighting and other facilities and equipment are serviceable
- Conduct fault/deficiency reporting by coordinating with the concerning department to ensure that all faults or deficiencies are actually reported and rectification action has been initiated
- Monitor compliance to the airside safety driving rules by observing the movement of airside vehicle/equipment and issue traffic citations/penalties for violations to ensure safe/smooth airside operations
- Direct the traffic at interactions of service roads with taxiways and in congested and emergency areas by direct the airside drivers in order to ensure a safe maneuvering of the taxiing aircraft.
- Investigate analyses and submit detailed report including recommended solutions by responding to airside incidents/accidents involving aircraft, vehicles, persons, and properties in order to prevent the recurrence.
- Escort any unfamiliar vehicle accessing the airside in order to prevent any unsafe situation.
4. Technical Officer - Electrical
Responsible for ensuring the serviceability of all equipment and systems under the department. Accountable for implementation of improvement proposals to enhance the infrastructure for a better and efficient performance and to reduce upon the maintenance cost. Responsible for the execution of all preventive, corrective and improvement works and to ensure they are carried out timely and in a safe manner as such not to hinder the airport operations. Accountable for effective and proper use of all resources and manpower with cost saving as the uppermost criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the operations and maintenance activities carrying by maintenance contractors as per ORACLE schedules to ensure that all activities performed in a timely manner.
- Delivering the quality assurance audits by carrying out inspections on electrical assets as per facilities asset management system and prepare the necessary reports.
- Lead, assign and supervise a team of Electrical supervisors (Both in house and contractors) performing the daily activities such as preventive maintenance audits and improvement works.
- Responsible to raise through ORACLE requisitions for spares and services as and when required within the approved budget.
- Support in development of technical scope of work and specifications by evaluating the workplace and the service required for in house electrical engineering related projects in coordination with the Electrical Engineer or Line Manager.
- Carryout inspection of completed works by external vendors and ensure all specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
- To prepare and review electrical work methods in coordination with maintenance contractors and Permit to Work team (PTW), to ensure safe and efficient work execution as per the standards.
- Reviewing spare part usage and ensuring the required quantities available with maintenance contractors to have uninterrupted services.
- To keep updated technical information of electrical assets and monitoring the asset performance on regular basis using Asset Management System.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
5. HVAC Technical Officer
To ensure optimum performance of all HVAC systems by applying technical knowledge, developing positive customer relationship, and contributing to the department objectives. Act as subject matter expert in all HVAC related subject, and advise Lead Technical Officer, Engineer and Manager on HVAC related issues.

- Implementing planned maintenance regime to ensure that all HVAC assets at HIA performs in optimum condition.
- Carry out investigations related to system performance, and failure in coordination with all involved teams, and implement timely solution. Identify critical issues and escalate as necessary to ensure that appropriate support is available in order to mitigate impact on airport business.
- Evaluate technical proposals from internal and external parties and identify opportunities to the line manager.

- Support assigned projects by reviewing design, technical submittals, method statements, installation, testing & commissioning and hand over, and provide feedback to line manager.
- Ensures compliance with HIA Safety Culture by reporting incidents, accidents and near misses.
- Be update with latest energy saving measures in the market and advise management about opportunities at HIA and customer facilities. Implement and monitor energy efficiency measures where required in coordination with other teams.
- Review and understand the scope of maintenance contract to identify gaps and propose solutions to improve maintenance program.
- Responsible to ensure that HVAC systems are maintained in immaculate condition in order to provide seamless support for operation of HIA facilities.

6. Lead Safety Assurance and Training Officer
Hamad International Airport is looking for someone who will be responsible for contributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of the Airport Safety Management System and assisting in the development and maintenance of corporate safety standards relating to airside safety matters. The job holder will be actively involved in aerodrome safety audits, inspections, safety training, safety promotion campaigns etc. Will deliver safety training programs, communicating effectively to all levels of the workforce and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participating in Airport Management, Aviation Safety & Compliance department in all aspects of Safety Assurance & Promotion related activities.
- Responsible for producing various safety-related management reports and presentations relating to airport airside safety matters and or other subjects relating to Safety Assurance and Promotion (Training and Education and Safety Communication).
- Participate and where required lead on the training need analysis identification, implementation of training & proficiency system at the airport, airport safety promotion campaigns, airside driving training and certification, stakeholder and third-party safety and compliance audits. Assist section and department management with the review and update of the associated department manuals.
- Design, conduct or facilitate airport-wide safety promotion campaigns and safety programs which create and promote a safety culture, and positive safety attitudes and communicate safety lessons learned from incidents and accidents through the production of newsletters, brochures and other communication means for example verbally, in a classroom setting, online, outdoor safety promotion activities etc.
- Assist department with safety performance monitoring and management of change process.
- Assist in facilitating as necessary with the QCAA Aerodrome Inspectorate on matters related to aerodrome certification specifically within the Safety Assurance & Promotion domain.
- Continuously monitor safety training to identify the training needs and fill the gaps producing relevant safety training for airport employees of all levels to include but not be limited to: Airside Safety Awareness, Airport Safety Management Systems (basic and advanced), Change Management Airside Driving Training, Licensing and Certification
- Design and deliver mandatory airside driver training, retraining and qualifying tests for all airport drivers required to drive airside.
- Design, compile, and maintain a system of safety records relating to the department’s key activities to facilitate ease of access for audit purposes.
