1. Trainer - Learning & Development
As a Trainer for Learning & Development in Doha, you will play a critical part in shaping the learning culture within our retail teams across Qatar and India. You will be responsible for delivering in-person sessions in Qatar and virtual training for India across core programs such as Retail Induction, Accreditation, Omnichannel, and Frontline Leadership.
Your key responsibilities include the below:
- Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions tailored to the needs of diverse audiences across locations.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador and key influence on the employee experience through high-impact training delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Academy and L&D teams to ensure consistency and alignment in training delivery.
- Monitor participant engagement and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Adapt training methods to cater to both in-market and virtual learning needs.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You are an Arabic speaker with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, or facilitation roles.
- You are committed, outgoing, assertive, well-spoken, and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- You preferably have experience in the retail or hospitality fields.
2. Fashion Consultant - Swarovski - Landmark Mall
At Chalhoub we express the exceptional! As a Fashion Consultant you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
Your key responsibilities include the below:
- You will collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for business reviews
- Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach
- Provide pre-buying feedback on products
- Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture
- Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs (Service-level agreement)
- Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements.
- Support with in-store marketing events and activations
- Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns
- Drive sell-throughs within the store
- Support in-store CX initiatives
- Provide input to what’s working well/what’s not working well within the store
What you’ll need to succeed
- Arabic Language is a must
- A highly personalized approach to customer service, focusing on individual preferences and desires
- Exceptional ability to truly understand and proactively respond to unique customer needs
- Proven expertise in clienteling, consistently building and nurturing long-term client relationships and loyalty
- Energetic, and enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn about new products and industries
