1. Asst Store Keeper
The Assistant Storekeeper is responsible for supporting the storekeeper in daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment required for facility maintenance projects. This role ensures accurate periodic stock-taking and timely stock issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming tools, PPE, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date stock records and ensure timely issuance of the GRN through the ERP system.
- Periodic stock-taking to ensure alignment between physical and system inventory
- Material Handling:
- Organize and store materials in designated locations.
- Support in loading and unloading materials as required.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining proper records for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or stock shortages to the Storekeeper or Warehouse Manager.
- Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Ensure hazardous material/chemicals are stored in the designated area and MSDS are available.
- Comply with best industry practices in keeping the store clean/tidy and free from any tripping hazards.
- Coordination and Support:
- Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams to fulfill stock and material requests.
- Support the Storekeeper in planning and managing inventory based on project requirements and usage patterns.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks related to warehouse or inventory management as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Prior experience in warehousing, preferably within a facility maintenance or construction setting.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with the ERP system is necessary.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
2. Pump Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of pumps to transfer liquids or gases.
- Monitor pump operations and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify any malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and repairing pumps and related equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure safe operation of pumps.
- Record operational data, such as pump performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with other personnel to ensure efficient and effective pump operations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and alarms to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in pump operations preferred.
- Proven experience as a pump operator or similar role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of pump types, operations, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
3. HVAC Project Engineer (Oil&Gas)
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to oversee HVAC installation projects, with a focus on ducting and system setup. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of total experience, including min 3 years in Oil and Gas industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute HVAC installation projects, focusing on ducting, piping, and equipment setup.
- Review project specifications and ensure all work is compliant with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform on-site inspections to monitor project progress, ensuring quality and adherence to design requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during installation to maintain project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of total experience, with min 3 years in Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system components and installation techniques.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
4. Facility Engineer - Electrical (Arabic Speaker)
Key Responsibilities:
- Holds a degree in electrical engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in managing projects of the same size in the GCC countries. ( At least 3 years experience in facility maintenance).
- Good professional knowledge of electromechanical systems (electricity, low current, mechanics)
- Preferably QCDD-certified
- It is preferable that the grade B classification be from Kahramaa / the concerned authorities
- Good knowledge of standards in the State of Qatar
- Good knowledge of quality management systems, health, safety, and environment management, and laws
- High ability in analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Good level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English
- Has strong self-motivation and can work without supervision
- The ability to plan, organize, and supervise more than one team, and that its decisions are decisive
