Job Description:

- Very good understanding of ERP solution interaction with other solutions, like: Financials, Projects, Sales, or any other solutions.
- Experience implementing or demonstrating ERP software (Oracle, SAP, Infor, or others) is desired but is not a requirement.

- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilizing design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus.

Job Description:
- Experience on areas like installation and configuration, patching, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting.
- Experience with highly available environments design, configuration, and maintenance, including clustering and load balancing for fusion middleware components.
- Experience on the design of SOA, OSB and BPM based solutions and architectures which cover requirements transmitted by a customer.

Job Description:
- As an Oracle HCM Financial Functional Consultant, you are primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM solution architecture that fit within the customer’s business environment and business objectives.
- You will lead complex functional/process analysis and facilitates workshops with senior customer resources and subject matter experts. Captures and understands client’s business requirements and specifies system, application or process designs.
- You should also be in involved in a bid process in mapping the client requirements to the base product functionality to present a product fit. You should lead the complex functional analysis and review the solution overview, functional designs, technical designs, configuration within the project.
