1. Sales representative
Job Description:
- Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products
- Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
- Provide product information
- Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making process
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data
2. Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer -Chiller/HVAC technician
Job Description:
- Graduate of mechanical engineering major in HVAC
- 3 years of experience in plant operation & maintenance. E.g. Steam boilers, YORK & SKM air-cooled chillers (screw compressor), AHUs & air compressors
- Experience in BMS operation, monitoring & troubleshooting.
- PCB troubleshooting is an advantage
- HVAC designing is a must
- Well versed in ASHRAE standard & guidelines
- Computer literate
- Good English communication skill in both oral & writing
3. Chiller/HVAC technician
Job Description:
- Graduate of Refrigeration & air-conditioning course
- 2 years of intensive experience in troubleshoot, repair & maintenance in YORK & SKM air-cooled chillers (screw compressor) and AHUs.
- Experience in BMS operation, monitoring & troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in PCB/control board/mother board troubleshooting (a must)
- Computer literate
- Good English communication skill in both oral & writing
