Job Description:
- The Visitor Experience Coordinator ensures efficient operations to support a seamless visitor journey from the first point of contact through post-visit follow-up. This role involves managing ticketing operations, overseeing administrative workflows, and coordinating cross-departmental efforts to streamline processes. The coordinator contributes to initiatives that drive visitor satisfaction and meet organizational goals.
- Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing visitor feedback to inform service improvements, maintaining operational accuracy, configuring tickets for various events/workshops and other activities as needed, and supporting the implementation of visitor-focused innovations and initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to enhancing the back-end efficiency of visitor services.
- Role requirements: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role; experience in a museum, membership organization, or non-profit is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM management software is a plus. 2. Visitor Experience Operations Officer
Job Description:
- The Visitor Experience Officer is dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional visitor experiences. This role involves collaborating with tour operators (online and onsite), acting as a liaison between visitors and organizational teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service. The Officer plays a pivotal role in championing customer service, resolving visitor concerns, and driving engagement initiatives and helping manage bookings and provide reports/analysis as needed.
- Key responsibilities include engaging with individual and group visitors to enhance their experience, fostering partnerships with third-party operators, and gathering on-ground feedback to inform strategic decisions. The Officer is expected to bring strong interpersonal skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and a collaborative approach to the evolving visitor experience landscape. This is also a strategic role which requires the officer to develop project plans, conduct research on new initiatives and develop and lead presentations to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
