Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase our online presence and engagement.
• Create and curate compelling, bilingual (Arabic & English) content for various social media platforms.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze social media data to track performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Stay informed about relevant industry news and incorporate it into content when applicable.
• Provide creative input for the visual aspects of social media posts, including graphics and videos.
Requirements:
• Bilingual proficiency in [Arabic & English].
• Proven experience as a social media specialist or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
