We are looking for a Catering field experienced Filipino Chef who can Prepare and Cook all Types of Filipino dishes according to the esteemed traditional and modern recipes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for aiding the Head Cook and or Executive Chef in running the production department.
Must have an excellent understanding of their assigned cuisine.
Typical responsibilities include managing a production line, quality control, and training ASSISTANT COOKs (Demi-Chef de Parties) and Commis.
Ensure all dishes produced meet the required authenticity and aim to continuously meet the respective client’s satisfaction.
Ensure that the food produced is as per the menu specifications and the required man-days for the respective client.
Must be flexible and have a ‘Lead by Example’ attitude when working, while also keeping in mind effective cost-controlling techniques, Food Safety (FS), and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possess a college/school diploma or certification.
• Have at least Three (03) years’ work experience as a Cook in required cuisine from a reputable food industry company (GCC experience in Industrial catering preferred).
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment/events/parties -Mass production is an added advantage.
• Demonstrate willingness to work at different shift times.
