PLAZA DINE RESTAURANT is one of the fine dining restaurants located in the heart of Doha City. We are looking for a well experienced COMI – III (Multi Cuisine) for immediate posting.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Degree/Diploma in Culinary Science, Food & Beverage, Hotel Management. 1 – 3 years Gulf experience.

Job Description:

· Support the Head Chef in the daily operation and work.

· Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.

· Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation.

· Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks.

· Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Monthly salary of QAR 1500 to 1800 + Accommodation + Transport + One-time duty meal, Annual Benefits as per Qatar Labour Rule
