Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative for DREAMS GATE SERVICES in
Doha, Qatar. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries
and resolving complaints via phone, email, or chat. The Customer Service Representative will also
provide accurate product information to customers and escalate issues/problems to the appropriate
department. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a client-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and or Arabic (verbal and written) Customer service experience
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Computer proficiency and the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously Bachelor's degree or
equivalent work experience preferred Experience in handling high-volume customer inquiries is a plus
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus job responsibilities Answer phone calls and emails from
customers Provide information about products or services Resolve customer complaints and issues
Process orders and returns Generate sales leads Build and maintain customer relationships Collect
