- Government Facilities Management Company in Doha, is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, optimistic candidate, as *Bilingual Secretary* to our Administration Director who will be responsible for the the following tasks as follows:
* Responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives, or same role.
*Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
*Strong knowledge in MS Office, Basic Excel formulas, and Power Point presentations.
*Translate arabic memos and letters or vice versa.
* Skilled fast learner in fast-paced environment, and has less supervision and independent at work.
*Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
*Ages from 30 to 40 years old, can join immediately.
