Requirements:
- 1. 4-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role, preferably in a specialized field.
- 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- 4. Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- 6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- 7.Must be locally living in Qatar with Valid QID and have transferable visa
