Senior Internal Auditor
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor to join our Group Internal Audit team. The role involves planning and executing audits across diverse group entities, evaluating internal controls, identifying process improvements, and supporting risk-based audit assignments. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of risk assessment, control frameworks, and data-driven audit execution
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments across departments and business units
- Develop and execute audit plans in fine with the approved audit calendar
- Evaluate adequacy of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Guide and review audit team members work during fieldwork
- Draft and finalize audit reports supported by evidence and clear recommendations.
- Participate in special reviews and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
- CA/ACCA/ICMA part-qualified candidates may be considered) and Bachelor's/Master's in
- Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CIA, CPA, CRMA, or CFE certification preferred.
- 4-8 years of relevant internal audit experience.
- Experience in Contracting, Manufacturing, Real Estate, or Big 4 environment is an advantage.
Technical & Behavioral Skills
- Strong command of English Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel
- Familiarity with Oracle, audit software, or data mining tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
